Seal and Seal Case of Geumsansa Temple

金山寺 印章 · 印章函

Late Joseon Dynasty
The seal is engraved with “Geumsansa Temple on Mt. Moaksan (母岳山 金山寺).”
The handle depicts two dragons facing each other, each holding a wish-fulfilling gem (cintamani) in its mouth.
The seal case is decorated with thin metal plates attached to a wooden base.
The front is fitted with a locking mechanism, and rings are attached to both sides and the top of the lid.

印章的底部刻有“母岳山金山寺”。
把手部分是两条龙相对而视，口衔如意珠的造型。
装有印章的盒子是由木材制成的，剪下薄薄的金属板，并把它贴在木盒子上而装饰，盒子正面安装了锁定装置，两侧和盖子上部安装了挂环。

印章の底面には「母岳山金山寺」と刻まれている。
取っ手の部分は、2匹の龍が向かい合って如意珠をくわえている姿が刻まれている。
印章を収めた函は、木の上に金属板を薄く切り抜いて貼り付けて飾ったものの、正面には錠が取り付けられ、両側面と蓋の上部には取っ手が付けられている。
